Certificate of Authenticity for Ricoh Products

This certificate serves as an official confirmation from Ricoh Hong Kong Limited (“RHK”) that the products supplied to you are guaranteed authentic and original Ricoh products supplied by RHK. 

To verify the authenticity of these Ricoh products, please check the label on the product packaging. The label includes the Ricoh Hong Kong logo, a QR code for product certification, and reveals "RICOH Hong Kong" text when peeled.  Any product that does not bear this label is not authentic and is not authorized by RHK.

Use of genuine Ricoh products entitles you to the full manufacturer’s warranty and ongoing service support from RHK. Any use or substitution of non-Ricoh or unauthorized replacement parts not supplied by RHK will immediately void the warranty and result in the complete denial of all technical services and maintenance from RHK.
