We have recently received numerous customer inquiries regarding issues with the “Scan to Email” function on their multifunction printers. Upon investigation, the problem appears to stem from certain internet service providers (ISPs) discontinuing their free SMTP services.
To help you restore this functionality as soon as possible, we recommend the following actions:
- Contact your company’s ISP to confirm the status of the SMTP service and arrange for its restoration;
- Complete the form to contact Ricoh and learn more about our cloud-based email solutions and professional IT management services.
