Used Product Removal Service

According to “Product Eco-Responsibility Ordinance”, customers who purchase Ricoh multifunction printers, printers, scanners, computers or monitors can request free removal service for the used electrical appliances. 

Customer can make request for the removal services by filling the Record of Choice of Removal Service upon purchase; or Customer may send the request to RHK through email at [email protected], within 3 working days upon order confirmation date. Any late request will not be accepted and be deemed as no request for the removal service. 

If Customer request collection and disposal services after 3 working days, Customer may contact the government approved collection and disposal service provider (ALBA) directly at 2676 8888.

Removal service is available by prior arrangement from Monday to Friday (09-1300,1400-1800), except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Unless agreed otherwise, the removal service should be arranged in 20 working days upon customer request and the confirmed collection date is subject to the appointed collector.

除舊服務必須事前預約,在星期一至星期五(9:00-1:00, 2:00-6:00)提供,星期六、星期日及公眾假期休息。除非另有協議,當客戶提出要求後安排除舊服務需要二十個工作天,而實際回收日期需待指定回收商再確認。
