- Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are typically delivered within 2 business days, except outlying islands and remote areas.
- The form below is applicable to customers who are under EPS/Rental/Meter Service Agreement only. Customer who are not under the mentioned agreement type, please contact our customer Service Hotline 2833-1111 for details.
- Ricoh will send you the notification email for order confirmation when your request has been successfully submitted and is being processed.
