2020 has been game changing for HR and Admin professionals. The HR’s workload and change requirements caused by COVID-19 are immense and it’s not just a one-time thing. With the disruptive changes in the way we live, work and interact —HR department needs to come up with a long term plan complied with the new measures on workplace safety, flexible work arrangement, employee health and well-being.
