On-site or Off-site Services

We are specialized in scanning confidential documents by utilizing multi-disciplined teams with an established approach and methodology. With an agreed upon plan in place, on-site at your location, but away from interfering with your staff and daily activities, our people will prepare and electronically scan your original forms of documents into digital form. On the other hand, the conversion services can also be done in our secured premises with employee control. The entire file is imaged, including the entire file folder, documents and any memo notes in the file.

After all files and documents have been scanned and converted into digital form, RHK professionals will train you and your staff in the applicable method of accessing the images

Cost Saving

The costs for our document scanning and imaging services are quoted on a price per page scanned basis, with all work completed and any consulting provided. Our solution is the most cost effective one for you. For less than what it would cost you to buy the equipment, train your staff and pay them to do it (not to mention the lost time away from their regular duties).
