ESA TransFormer can be embedded into selected Ricoh multifunction Products (MFPs), so you can easily adjust settings such as image quality and the document's destination directly from the control panel. The scanned documents are transformed in one easy step from the MFP's panel, which eliminates the need for expensive desktop OCR (optical character recognition) packages that are usually licensed for each workstation.
Having this capability on the MFP allows everyone in your office to easily scan and convert documents in one easy step. The transformed document can be delivered directly to your desktop, a network folder or an email address. With a built-in address book on the MFP, your frequently-used locations are available at your fingertips. |
