Technical Service Branches
Thanks to our six service depots, we are able to respond to customer service calls in an average of two hours. We are aware that customers’ productivity depends on the up-time of Ricoh document processing systems, and we promise our customers an unprecedented service level aimed at maximizing system up-time for high volume printing and copying.

We have a contact centre to provide a single telephone number for access to equipment operation support, ordering service calls, querying bills and supplies, and enquiring products and solutions.

Our 300-men strong technical service team is the largest in the industry in Hong Kong. Among them, our service engineers possess 500 internationally recognized technical qualifications and Ricoh qualified as the "A+ Authorized Service Centre” in Hong Kong. You can be assured that Ricoh’s professional support team will deliver speedy and high-quality services.
7 x 24 Support for Production Printing Systems
Production printing systems are catered for commercial printers to provide digital printing services to their customers within a short turn-around time. Ricoh is glad to provide 7 x 24 support* for production printing systems customers to minimize downtime to affect their business.
