Enhanced Locked Print
To further optimize the efficiency and security of networked MFPs, Enhanced Locked Print requires users to authorize document output at the printer with an ID and password or secure access card.
Tap 'n Print
Tap 'n Print is a software application that holds print jobs electronically at a shared printer of MFP, allowing individual users to manually release them for printing when they walk up to the device. Print jobs are tracked with a unique user code, which is stored in the device’s printer driver in each user’s PC.
