Mr. Aaron Yim - Managing Director
Mr. Yim is the Managing Director of Ricoh Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for the overall management of the operations in Hong Kong.
In addition to formulating business strategies to driving the business development as the number one market share leader in office copiers and multi-function products in Hong Kong, Aaron has advocated long-term development of the company and has been promoting total quality management, customer-for-life management and a socially responsible company.
Mr. Yim also has wide experience in various management positions including accounting, finance, and human resources. He graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a First Class Honours BBA degree and received his MBA degree from the University of Dallas, USA.

Mr. Samuel Ho - Director, Sales and Customer
Service
Mr. Ho is the Director of Sales and Customer Service Division of Ricoh Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for the sales and customer service management in Hong Kong and is managing the overall operations of Macau. Samuel aims at maintaining customer-for-life with intimate and professional sales, post-sales follow-up and customer services.
Samuel has had 30 years of experience in the office automation, imaging and document management industry. He has been responsible for various sales and customer service management functions, including sales operations of a wide range of office equipment products beyond copier, fax and printers. During the period, he also assisted in setting up the company's China trade and business development operations. Prior to the current appointment, he was in charge of the company’s sales and marketing operations in Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC.

Mr. Steven Chong - Director, Technical
Services
Mr. Chong is the Director of Technical Services in Ricoh Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for directing and managing the Technical Services and Logistics and Distribution operations. Steven’s management philosophy is to maintain and build long-term customer relationship through quality repair and maintenance services. Besides, Mr. Chong runs the warehouse and distribution operations aiming at maximizing efficiency and economic value, as a way to satisfy and to pay back long-term customers.
Steven has had 30 years of experience in the office automation, imaging and document management industry. During the period, he has also gained extensive experience in operating technical services in Australia.
