Ricoh Hong Kong Limited (RHK) is the direct sales and service arm of Ricoh Corporation of Japan. Established in 1963, RHK has been serving businesses for over 45 years and has grown to become Hong Kong's leading supplier of document processing machines and related products. According to IDC, Ricoh is No.1* in Hong Kong digital copier market for 8 consecutive years.
Our product range includes Ricoh copiers, digital multi-functional document systems, colour laser copier/printers, black and white and colour laser printers and facsimile machines. In addition, we also carry many products from world-renowned brands, such as Ideal shredders, GBC and Gestetner binding systems, NEC multi-media projectors, and related office supplies and media.
 Currently, RHK has over 900 staff, including a large sales and service network that covers the SAR. Our 350-strong technical team comprises certified computer and network professionals who provide the highest standard of pre-sales and post-sales support. We were the first in the industry to commit to respond to customers' service calls within two hours. Ricoh provides a one-stop solution for our customers, who can rely on us for pre-sales consultation, recommendations for document solutions, implementation, network integration and after-sales service.
 RHK provides consultation service in Printing Solutions, Document Solutions and Systems Integration. The service helps you streamline business processes, and improve office information. We offer a full range of solutions, including Host and Variable Data Printing Solutions, Document Management Solutions, Outsourcing Services, Data Capturing Solutions, and Print-On-Demand. Our consultants are ably supported by the Network Solutions Centre, which has a team of qualified system engineers to assist customers on network integration and IT projects.
RHK was awarded the Overall Winner of the prestigious Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Quality Management Award in 2002. We are also ISO 14001 certified and are committed to environmental protection and community services. In 2008, we were proud to be the first company in the document solutions industry in Hong Kong to obtain the ISO 27001 Certificate given by BSI Management Systems to demonstrate how we have put priority in Information Security Management System (ISMS) so as to protect customers' business information.
