Ricoh HK offers you pre-sales technical support from our Network Solutions Centre, which is manned by one of the largest teams of technical consultants and system engineers in the industry. All our technical support staff are professionals with help desk, project, and MCSE qualifications. Ricoh HK is also a Microsoft Certified Partner.

Our sales force is also one of the best-qualified professional teams in the Hong Kong and, in addition to our in-house RA-Linc training, many of them are A+ Certified and MCP qualified. We have our own training facilities with audio, video and computer equipment.

Our showroom is equipped with many digital machines connected to a LAN and the Internet, to simulate the real networking environment for many kinds of document processing and management demonstration. In addition, a test laboratory has been set up to carry out research into customised solutions and to test them. Ricoh HK is confident in assuring our customers that we have the highest level of pre-sales support services.
