branch service centres, we are able to respond on-site to customer

for high volume printing and copying.
We have a contact centre to provide a single telephone number for
access to equipment operation support, ordering service calls, querying
bills and supplies, and enquiring products and solutions.
Our 350 strong technical post-sales service team is the largest in
the industry in Hong Kong. Between them, our support engineers possess
500 internationally recognised technical qualifications and Ricoh HK
is the first "A+ Authorized Service Centre” in Hong Kong. You
